Shipping Policy


* Customer is fully responsible for keeping track of their package/s until upon receiving.


AstraPort Tables and their shipping provider issues their customers tracking IDs when products are shipped out.

We will not be responsible for additional shipping fees that might occur through the process of delivery, including but not limited to:

  1. Missed Delivery
    • All packages that are returned to AstraPort Tables because of a missed delivery attempt and package was never picked up according to our shipping providers’ pickup policy.
  2. Reshipping
    • Packages that are redirected for a reattempt delivery, especially if packages are returned to our facility and reshipped for a reattempt delivery.

International Shipping

All International purchases may be subject to Customs & Duty Tax Fees. AstraPort Tables will NOT be responsible for Customs & Duty Tax Fees.

The shipping cost that appears on the copy of your receipt ONLY covers the cost of shipping from our facility to the shipping address provided at checkout, nothing else. Any additional fees that may occur are either imposed by our delivery provider (FedEx) or possibly your country’s Customs/Border services. AstraPort Tables will NOT be responsible for any additional shipping fees. If there’s ever any doubt, concern, or have any question regarding shipping, please feel free to reach out to us. Customs & Duty Tax Fees vary from country to country. Please look up your country’s Customs & Duty Tax Fees online for an estimated percentage rate.
